Call for Contributions

EXTENSION OF DEADLINE: Proposals accepted until 30th August  2018

We welcome contributions which address the conference theme and/or subthemes, and encourage a range of presentation approaches including:

  • Papers, including work-in-progress
  • PechaKucha
  • Workshops
  • Round tables
  • Symposia
  • Posters and Installations
  • Performance
  • Interactive
  • Multi-media

Abstracts should be approximately 250-300 words.

Please contact the conference team if you wish to submit a late abstract.

Please note publication opportunities:

We publish CARN Bulletins (edited, but not peer-reviewed) (https://www.carn.org.uk/resources/carn-bulletins/) after each conference, so you may wish to consider submitting your paper, or other resources/reflections for publication.  We will give further details about this during the conference.

Also, our Internationally recognised, Peer-Reviewed Journal, Educational Action Research (https://www.tandfonline.com/loi/reac20) “publishes accounts of a range of action research and related studies, in education and across the professions, with the aim of making their outcomes widely available and exemplifying the variety of possible styles of reporting. It aims to establish and maintain a review of the literature of action research.”  You may wish to submit papers to this journal for consideration
